We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Payment issues
  • Any unforeseen operational reasons

In such cases, customers will be informed promptly and any payment received will be refunded.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund processing is required if payment has not been collected.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be cancelled in the following situations:

  • After shipment or delivery
